3. Mapping team-work types

   Team work types are identified, with discussion on task grouping and opportunities to combine indoor and outdoor workspaces.

4. Exploring the potential of outdoor office spaces

   Participants investigate the possibilities of outdoor office areas and develop a connection to the place by exploring selected potentials, such as biodiversity.

5. Office culture timeline and team vision

   The evolution of office culture is reflected upon, a shared team vision is shaped, and key objectives are identified.

6. Meaning-making and continuity

   Experiences and outcomes are evaluated, potential obstacles are discussed, and priorities for future actions are established.
